CL:AIRE has started a membership scheme for organisations who wish to receive first class technical support through access to all CL:AIRE reports, discounted training, priority individual communications and access to services, priority and discounted sponsorship opportunities and invitation to CL:AIRE Members annual events. For the time being CL:AIRE Membership is being made available only to the Private sector although we are making plans to soon afford the Public sector the same benefits.

Rates
CL:AIRE Membership is company-wide to benefit all individuals/practitioners whose work touches upon contaminated land. Therefore, CL:AIRE Annual Membership rates are calculated by the number of individuals, either working within a contaminated land department, or in direct contact with contaminated land issues.
Company rates are therefore calculated at the following rates:
- 0 - 9 relevant members @ £70 per individual
- 10 - 49 relevant members @ £50 per individual
- 50 + relevant members @ £40 per individual
For example:
- If you are a small company of 6, which includes 3 contaminated land practitioners, a draftsman, an accountant and an administrator, the rate would be 3 x £70 = £210.
- A larger company with a team of 40 contaminated land practitioners in one department would be: 40 x £50 = £2000.
Membership can provide a direct cost saving to your business on the training discount alone. For example, should each individual in a company of greater than 9 people attend just 1 of the range of CL:AIRE training modules each year, then that company has already saved itself money, without factoring in the other access and benefits that membership affords.
