CL:AIRE works with its Technical Member Organisations to collect and use strategic industry information for the purposes of developing new initiatives to solve problems, save money and create opportunities. By bringing together the knowledge of the technical specialists we aim to make the industry as efficient as possible, maintaining and improving standards.
The overriding concept of the Technical Membership Scheme is to work in partnership with industry and provide a secure home for this information which is shared back with its contributors to provide market intelligence.
When your organisation becomes a CL:AIRE Technical Member we foster regular communication to collect and share important information about the brownfield regeneration sector. In return, CL:AIRE offers Technical Member Organisations a range of benefits.
CL:AIRE raises the profile of the Technical Members Organisations amongst our Corporate Members within the CL:AIRE network.
Technical Member Organisations receive:

CL:AIRE Technical Membership is available for an annual contribution of £500 ex VAT per organisation (£100 ex VAT public sector). In return we ask Technical Member Organisations to sign Technical Member Memorandum of Agreement a commitment to providing CL:AIRE with specific information regarding their organisation and work. As well as forming the basis of the annual State of the Market Report, the information gained from this process is used to help the implementation of new initiatives for the industry by providing a comprehensive repository of sector information. For example, Technical Member Organisations will be asked to provide as much information as they are able and comfortable to, on their staff numbers and their skills and qualifications; the amount and type of projects in which they have been involved; and where possible, specific details on solution design, costs, project savings etc.
This long term goal will bring significant sustainability benefits to the industry and provide new opportunities for all organisations to benefit from a less bureaucratic, more transparent sector.
The information provided will assist CL:AIRE in the design of new services, such as new training courses, assessments or guidance such that we can offer greater benefit to our Members and the industry.
