NICOLA (Network for Industrially Contaminated Land in Africa) will be hosting the latest Sustainable Remediation (SustRem) conference on 28 & 29 October 2021. This will be the 6th International SustRem Conference in the series and the first time hosted by NICOLA. SustRem2021 will be an opportunity to bring together experts from across Africa and around the world to broaden the horizons of sustainable remediation and land management. SustRem2021 aims to create collaboration opportunities for Africa’s unique contaminated land challenges, empower sustainable remediation practices and leave a transforming legacy. By utilising a virtual platform, this will create a unique opportunity for international collaboration across a number of time zones throughout the two days of conferencing.
