EIC has recently published Brownfield First: Supporting Levelling Up, which builds on their previous 2018 report Building on Brownfield. The 2021 report puts forward a series of recommendations outlining how brownfield is key to meeting Government ambitions on housing and levelling up and can be downloaded here.
