Following the launch of the long-term environmental targets consultation in March, Defra has provided a further update.
- All evidence reports, to support the targets consultation, have been uploaded and can be found here: Consultation on environmental targets - Defra - Citizen Space.
- Defra is extending the targets consultation to reflect the time taken for the evidence to be published.
The new closing date for the consultation is 27 June 2022.
Defra welcome views on the proposed environmental targets from any individual, group, organisation, or business. If you have already responded to the consultation and want to provide an additional response, please use the same email address that you used in your first response. This will help in Defra's consultation analysis.
