The National Quality Mark Scheme for Land Contamination Management (NQMS) steering group is seeking feedback from local authorities on the quality of reports that have been submitted to their local authority with a declaration appended. 

A short feedback questionnaire has been created and initial feedback would be welcome by 2nd November 2018 ahead of the next steering group meeting, although the feedback form will remain live to receive continuous feedback on reports as they come into local authorities.
