Qualified Person First Subscription

This is a pro-rata subscription from today to 31st December of this year. It is a requirement of the Qualified Person to annually update their registration. Full payment is required within 28 days of submission of this form. Please note that QPs whose subscriptions are not paid will not appear on the QP Register. Subscription fees are revised annually and will be notified to Qualified Persons in writing (usually in December). The correct subscription fee will be shown once you complete the Declaration and click the 'Add to cart' button
