GPVS Local Authority Feedback Form

CL:AIRE has made the following Gas Protection Verification Scheme (GPVS) feedback form available for Local Authorities (LA) who review gas protection verification reports that have a GPVS declaration attached.

We are looking for feedback on the quality and standard of the report and what you generally think about the GPVS, to assist CL:AIRE in improving the quality of gas verification reports being prepared and to assist with CL:AIRE's committment to auditing the scheme.

Any feedback will be restricted to CL:AIRE initially. If further clarification is required to any of the comments made, CL:AIRE will contact you directly.
