The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Lead (Pb) values and modelling tool has been made available for all to use on the CL:AIRE Water and Land Library (WALL). The Pb tool enables simple site specific modelling from a category 4 screen levels and RBKC category 4/3 starting point.
