Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) wants to hear from industry about how biodiversity net gain will work in practice. The consultation sets out Defra's proposals and asks questions about how biodiversity net gain will be applied to Town and Country Planning Act development, and, at a higher level, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
