The Environment Agency has recently updated its position statement that describes its approach to managing and protecting groundwater. This updates Groundwater protection: principles and practice (GP3) and acknowledges the National Quality Mark Scheme for Land Contamination Management (in section J9) launched by the Land Forum in January 2017.
It should be noted that GP3 is also the home for the position statement for the Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice (in section J8).
