In order to facilitate the processing of Specialist in Gas Protection Verification (SGPV) and Technician in Gas Protection Verification (TGPV) applications in a timely manner, CL:AIRE has moved to a two application windows per year system. These will be in summer and winter and the dates will be posted on the CL:AIRE website and here, in this eAlert. These windows are where the website can accept applications.
Due to the number of applications currently in progress, the application window for summer 2023 has now been closed and the next window will be 1 January to 29 February 2024.
In the meantime, please continue to prepare your documents as set out in the Document Preparation section of the GPVS documentation. The application form itself will be available only while the window is open.
